- Analyzing the different solutions that are available on the international market and consult the producer to find the best solution for each film project.
- Filing for public regional, national or European subsidies, specifically with respect to the CNC, Eurimage, Media program.
- Finding and negotiating of coproduction, distribution, international sales agreements which can optimize the financial opportunities in the partner countries (tax shelters, public funding on regional or national level in the coproduction country, TV or distribution presales, …).
- Clarifying of all the copy rights including the music rights
- Finding and negotiating of private equity investors agreements (including tax incentive private investors as for example the Soficas in France).
